    She/Her

It is not easy to find a therapist that is the “right fit” for you. However, you have taken the first step in such an incredibly rewarding process of self-care and love, and, for that, you should be proud! Therapeutic Interventions Counseling LLC (T.I.C.) understands the importance of utilizing techniques, skills, and psychoeducation that can combat negative beliefs and behaviors. T.I.C. can assist clients in understanding where those thoughts and beliefs stem from, how to process them, grow in self-love, and heal in a safe, compassionate environment.

Therapeutic interventions include holistic approaches to mind-body healing from trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. By combining elements from neurobiological practices, people increase their ability to grow from their experiences and re-wire the hurt brain. Trauma, of any kind, reprograms people’s brains into negative thought patterns and beliefs. It also can affect a person’s behaviors and emotional state. By using talk therapy (counseling) and holistic mind-body connective techniques, people can combat those maladaptive patterns and re-create healthful communication with themselves and others.

I have been on my healing journey for over a decade and as part of my journey, I have been called to serve others. Whether it be through teaching, the healthcare industry, Reiki, and finally counseling, I have dedicated my life to being a support to people. With a dual master’s in marriage and family counseling and professional counseling, a professional trauma certification (CPT), and a Brainspotting practitioner, I have a wealth of knowledge in techniques and theories that can best fit my clients’ needs.

It is because of my passion for helping and understanding how important it is to have a strong support system that allows me to encourage and assist my clients on their healing journeys.
